Objectives
The objective of developing this Sales Distribution Management System is to digitize and improve sales delivery and field data collection, enabling the commercial team to strengthen sales performance and management to make decisions based on reliable, real-time data.
Solutions
The solution will be built from scratch and will include an offline-first mobile Driver App and a connected Web App. The Driver App will work in low/no connectivity areas, store data locally, capture delivery execution and proof of delivery, and sync securely when a network is available. The Web App, linked via APIs, will centralize and validate the data, manage user roles, and provide dashboards, reports, and exports for operational and management use.

- Drivers record delivery and sales information manually in the field
- Paper documents are later transferred to the office for manual consolidation and reporting
